Kelly is a certified transformation coach, feminine power specialist, human design reader, and spiritual mentor.

Kelly's journey began ten years ago when she navigated total life destruction after divorce, which catapulted her on her journey of self-discovery and reinvention, where she learned the true definitions of authenticity, sovereignty, and soul-aligned living.

She says, that it is when you do the inner work to decondition and reclaim your authentic self that life becomes extraordinary. I couldn't agree more!

In this episode we discuss:

  • The importance of understanding that you are a living extension of the universe, and our interconnectedness.
  • How to build your connection and partnership with the universe, and the role that faith and self-love play in that.
  • Ways to remain connected all day, not just for short bursts.
  • How to recognise and appreciate evidence of your connection and the support of the universe.
  • The joy and power of tree-hugging!
  • Fostering awareness of the divine not just in ourselves, but in others and all around us (hello trees!).
  • Understanding where you are in the spectrum of consciousness and how to take the next step.
  • The importance of understanding universal laws and principles to navigate and work with life’s energies.
  • How to ask for and receive guidance.
