This week I’m sharing with you my No. 1 book recommendation of the year. I want to share this one special book with you, as it’s sooooo good! 

What I love about this book, is that it’s the type of book that accompanies you throughout the year. It adds a really nice focus to your year, and helps to keep you on track with an ongoing program of upliftment and growth.

It’s not just a book for reading. It’s a book for DOING. 

And as you know, I love a good practice! There’s no point reading the book and then not practicing it what it teaches.
