#45: How To Visualise Successfully

with No Comments

The Inner Circle is coming soon!

Are you ready to transform your well-being and amplify and your positive impact in the world?

This week we’re discussing my favourite programming technique, visualisation, and how to visualise successfully.

Do you practise visualisation yet? I hope so! Because visualisation is the best way to both program your mind, and to manifest your future goals.

Now, visualisation is not just some fruity, airy fairy, mumbo jumbo. It is a proven technique that is practised by athletes, musicians, business people, those in the healing professions, in fact anybody who wants to enter into the realms of peak performance.

Visualisation works on several levels:

  • On the physical level, visualisation creates new neural pathways in the brain, to establish new habits, patterns of behaviour and thinking, while the old undesirable ones die from lack of use.
  • On the metaphysical level, visualisation, also known as using the creative imagination, is the creative force behind all of manifested reality, macrocosmic and microcosmic.
  • Visualisation steps down energy from the high frequency vibration of an idea or a thought, to the lower vibration of the dense physical plane reality.

Visualisation is the creative force behind everything that has manifested on the physical plane.

It is the creative process used by an entity wanting to create a Solar System (to get a little weird on ya!), or a wee human wanting to drop a couple of pounds, become more confident, start a successful business or realise that long-held dream of becoming an author.

In fact, you’re already using visualisation, whether you’re aware of it or not! So join me to learn how to use visualisation consciously, so you can harness the creative forces of the universe to create your ideal life.
